My long-time State Farm agent retired a few months ago. I have called and requested help multiple times, and have yet to receive a response without me calling again. it is frustrating to say the least. The one answer I DID get, was "Just pay it and you will get refunded if there is an adjustment." I'm sorry, that is not an appropriate response from an insurance office. I sincerely doubt that it is even being handled, and I doubt the reality of that remark/answer. Oh yeah, my emails go to their spam folder. I am currently shopping for new insurance....I was NEVER frustrated like this with my former agent, and it is enough to make me switch....even though I have been with SF since I was 16, and I'm far from that now. Time for change.
